Welcome to Karma Child Yoga.

Welcome to Karma Child Yoga, a unique yoga studio that focuses on bringing yoga and meditation to children. I am a mother of two little yogi’s and a certified, insured children’s yoga teacher. I earned my 200 hr yoga certification through Global Family Yoga, which specializes in Hatha yoga for children and the family.

I teach classes that are geared for young children through to teens, in my home studio which is located on our small farm where we keep goats, chickens and ducks. The studio is is located in my 120 year old farm house, which was originally owned by the Keslinger family in the 1890’s. I also teach at various locations around the Fox Valley area. I teach group, private and semi private classes. I do girl scout troop badge meetings, school enrichment programs and wellness events.

I also can provide a fun new Birthday Party package! Ask me about my very competitive prices for your child’s next party. I have done birthday parties for children aged 2-15 and have had very good feedback. From Harry Potter to Frozen, I can create a party around your child’s unique interests.

Teaching children yoga and art is a passion of mine and I love to see the confidence and empowerment children experience when they realize THEY have the ability to change how they feel. Learning to regulate their own emotions and feelings is a tool that is priceless to a child which they can carry with them throughout life.

The classes are very interactive and social and I love to see shy and anxious children blossom and grow in this safe and warm environment.

I do offer a limited amount of private therapeutic sessions for children struggling with anxiety or depression. These specialized sessions will be created based on your child’s unique needs.
