Yoga can be a holistic approach to managing many of issues that exist for our children.  Whether you have a child that needs help self calming, or a child that would like to find a new activity to stretch and relax in a non competitive setting, yoga can fit the bill!

Children as young as two love engaging in a yoga practice that is tailor made for their age and abilities.  I offer a free try it class for all new students, to see if it is a good fit for them and their family.  So if you would like to take advantage of this, please just email me or call me and we can arrange for your child to join a class.

Yoga is scientifically proven to help a child calm and organize their thoughts and can have great  benefits for children studying for exams or under academic pressure.  Through the use of breathing and meditation techniques children can focus more aptly on any task at hand.

I am now also offering private and semi private classes.  Please contact me to arrange a time for us to meet and discuss your individual requirements.  Together we can create a class which will meet your child’s unique needs.

I am now certified to teach Therapeutic Yoga and I am excited to offer classes tailored for children with many specific needs, such as; Depression, anxiety, ADHD and ADD. Please feel free to contact me to see if I can provide a class for your child’s specific condition.  I am happy to work with you, therapists, and other advocates for your child, to provide a wonderful and holistic approach to wellness.

I have been asked many times about doing Birthday parties and after the success of my pilot birthday parties last year, I am more than happy to offer this unique way to honor your child.  Please contact me for more info and pricing.
